With much of the gaming world looking to 2010 as the landing date of Microsoft's gaming revolution Project Natal, it's easy to forget that rival Sony is also preparing its own Wii-inspired motion control device - the PS3 Motion controller.
Expected to launch in Spring 2010, Sony has (unsurprisingly) tried to keep details of the PS3 Motion controller under wraps, and aside from an EA executive inadvertently spurting out 'Gem' as its probable codename, they've made a very good job of keeping those vital specs a secret.

The highly anticipated Devil May Cry 4 immerses gamers in a gothic supernatural world, where a new protagonist clashes with series mainstay Dante. As new leading man Nero players will be able to unleash incredibly powerful and stylish attacks and non-stop combos using a combination of the Devil Bringer arm and the Exceed system, both of which are new gameplay mechanics for the series. Fans of Dante won’t be disappointed as he too will be playable during the course of the game.
Set in the costal city of Fortuna, the game’s action begins when Dante bursts in on a ceremony being conducted by the Order of the Sword, an ancient sect based in the coastal city of Fortuna, which worships Sparda the devil warrior who saved mankind. As Dante begins indiscriminately slaughtering sect members Nero fears for the safety of his childhood friend Kyrie and confronts Dante in order to protect her.
With players taking control of Nero, the immense power of the Devil Bringer begins to be revealed as a fierce confrontation against Dante ensues. After an intense struggle Dante decides to leave this particular fight for another day and makes good his escape. Chasing after him Nero is suddenly stopped in his tracks as mysterious portals begin appearing throughout Fortuna spewing forth ghastly demons. What is the reason for this demonic invasion, is Dante responsible?

Taking full advantage of the advanced graphical and processing power of the next-gen systems it draws gamers into the rich and highly detailed world of Fortuna and its surrounds with more enemies than ever before and some of the most breath-taking bosses ever conceived.

Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law is primarily an interactive story that the player participates in, rather than a challenge-based game that needs to be won. Each case is a self-contained story, incorporating the characters, settings, and most importantly, the off-beat humor that Harvey Birdman fans have come to expect.
Over the course of the game, players must guide Harvey through a series of odd and comical cases. In order to prove his client’s innocence, Harvey must explore the scene of the crime, gather evidence, talk with other cartoon characters, occasionally have drinks with opposing council, and of course, tear holes -- no matter how ridiculous -- in the testimony provided by the witnesses for the prosecution.
After a hard discussion between every member of M33 (3 votes against 2),we have decided to take a little break before releasing anything else. (Take it as the russian winter that might come even when there is sun in front of us)
The main reasons for this decision are as follow:
First, looking at how have things have come since we started our work,we now know how might have felt other developers when there are much other interests that don't benefit to the entire Scene. We all know what we are talking about, and we will make our best to eradicate allof this rotted side of the world in which we are nowadays, in the nearfuture.
Second, to teach a lesson. A mayor percentage of the PSP (and others) Scene(s) has to think about what it has come into since there are lots and lots of people that just want to steal money and attention when they don't even deserve it. This has existed since the beggining, and this is,clearly, to that hackers-wannabe that modify a couple of files and want to be acclaimed as a God-like.
And third, to have fun looking at how all this lamers that steal codes don't know what to do when there is no binaries or sources to modify! Ok, that last one was kidding a bit... but that doesn't mean that it's not right
We know, of course, that lots of psp webpages will full with insults and lame plots (we surf daily most of them), but this won't make change this decision, so here's a little advice: Don't waste your breath reinforcing what we have just said, and have patient. Also, don't look for guilty ones, as you might have to look deeply into every one that have demanded without any right to be released something that will be free for all of the scene, as always.
Also, it's interesting to say that you should buy the games you like, gaving support to the ones that you think that they have done a good job, as we are all developers, and all the ones that stay hours and hours infront of a pc screen have their rights to have a remuneration for whatis, after all, their job.
And, by the way, to avoid lamers saying that we have lied or prophetstelling lies to the Scene, 3.71m33 *is* finished, and will be released when we come back. (or a later version if needed)

A moderator on the official Midway forums has confirmed that Stranglehold will not be region free for the PS3. This is understandable for the collector's edition, as it also includes a copy of the film Hardboiled on the disc. There are licensing issues that are far more strict and complicated when it comes to movies, rather than games. Which is why Blu-Ray discs aren't region free either.
However, the standard edition, which does not include Hardboiled on the disc, will also be region locked. There is no explanation for this as of yet. This whole issue does bring up an interesting point for discussion, though. With the capacity of Blu-Ray discs allowing for extra content. Would you rather sacrifice the region free nature of games for more movie pack-ins? We expect to hear a resounding "no" from the European gaming community.
